Robbie,Annette,Trey and Felicia Thompson were one of the first families that we met when we moved to Richmond Hill over 30 years ago. We worked together at numerous events at the Richmond Hill First United Methodist Church, the Richmond Hill Recreation Association, and the Richmond Hill Schools. There was no limit to their energy, willingness and enthusiasm to help wherever they were needed. They were very special to us then and have remained special through the years. We are always happy to see them and re-live those days. Robbie was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends through this difficult time in their life.

Steve and I bought our house next door to the Thompson's about a year ago and we truly believe God put us there for a reason. We were blessed with getting to know and love Robbie. Over the past year he has taught and showed me so many things. The most valuable one was how strong an individual can actually be. He fought so hard to live each day and never complained about life not being fair due to Lou Gehrig's Disease. I just wanted to thank God for putting Robbie in my life. I will miss him everyday! I love you Robbie and thank you for everything. RIP my sweet friend.
